Store Policies

Hartmann Jewelers offers the following Returns Policy:

RETURN POLICY: You have seven days to request a RA# for return, via email or phone. You have 15 Days to return products your not satisified with, as long as items are in the same condition you received them in, with the original packaging where applicable. Customer responsible for return shipping, unless we made a listing error. INSURANCE IS REQUIRED for all items, and is factored into shipping along with handling when estimates are given (so there should be no surprises).

Shipping within the US:   All Jewelry purchased from Hartmann Jewelers will be shipped via USPS Priority or  EXPRESS mail.  All packages are insured from the moment they leave our store until someone signs for it (we are not responsible if you have a signature release on file and the driver leaves the package on your door step.). If you are paying by credit card we can only ship to your billing address unless you add an alternate shipping address to the comments section of your credit card.  Note: If you are using a credit card, you must provide the security number on the credit card at checkout: (AMERICAN EXPRESS (four digits non-embossed on the front of the card) --- ALL OTHER CREDIT CARDS (last three digits on the back of the card).If you are paying by bankwire we can ship anywhere you like.  Please contact us via Email at hartmannselmhurst@sbcglobal.net for Bank wire information.

 

International Shipping:  Customers who wish to purchase  jewelry from Hartmann Jewelers and have it shipped outside of the U.S. must pay via Bank wire. Please email me location, and I will respond with current shipping rates for your location and bank wire information. EMAIL: hartmannselmhurst@sbcglobal.net (We do not accept credit card payments for jewelry being shipped outside of the U.S.)  All diamonds being shipped outside the U.S. will be shipped via USPS Iternational express mail.  Packages can take 2-5 business days for them to reach your country and can take even longer to clear customs.  The customer is responsible to pay any taxes and duties into their country.
